Nigerian finance minister, in Liberia as part of UN development panel, wants innovation, infrastructure and jobs for Africa
Better infrastructure, more jobs and innovative ways to pay for both are needed to ensure Africa's development, the Nigerian finance minister said on Friday.
Improving access to electricity, building rural roads, and providing water and sanitation, particularly in increasingly crowded urban areas, "matter so much" to Africans, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala told the Guardian.
"How do you transform the economy? You've got to provide the basic infrastructure for people to transform their own lives," she said. "You're killing many birds with one stone. If people have power, the welder in a rural area can make money, a woman can make money, children can read, health centres can have cold storage facilities."

Confused Lady-Do Men Fake Orgásm ?

My boyfriend before now suffered from delayed ejáculation - that means he could go for twenty minutes before he coms; a process that leaves me really tired and frustrated before he's done.
In November 2012 I had a heart to heart with him and told him how I felt about our séx life and since then things have changed. He comes quicker now, too quick if I may add and I'm beginning to suspect he's faking it. It's damaging my confidence because before now I thought that men should be able to climax whenever and wherever. I haven't seen his spérm in weeks. Is it faking it with me?

Keshi said, “I thank the players, Nigerians and all those who criticised the team. They all contributed to the victory we had today. The big challenge we have is that Nigerians do not believe in the home-based players but I do. I believe if they are given the opportunity they’ll play much better. The problem is that in Nigeria, where I come from, we’re not patient with the home-based players.”

There's No Perfect Age To Find A Husband

Heterosexual women today, in certain milieus, find themselves placed into one of two categories: too young to settle down, and too old to find a man. There is a window of opportunity to get married, but it is ephemeral almost to the point of non-existence. It falls at a different age according to region, or the idiosyncratic biases of one's circle, but hovers around 27.

In his world of innocence, in an age that is supposed to be an age of gold turned an age of steel, an age that advertises the complete breakdown of human wisdom, he, possibly, may not be able to phantom the enormity of the cruel event of that sunny day, last week.
But when eventually he grows up, and he is told the story of how a French aerial raid in his homeland snuffed the life of his 30-year-old mother but threw him clear off her back, then, he would know that his middle name ought to be ‘Miracle’. Indeed, one-year-old Saida Jallo is lucky to be alive.

Why Is Britain Sending Luqman Onikosi Back To Die In Nigeria?

Theresa May’s decision to deport a seriously ill Nigerian man after university puts Britain’s ethics to the test.
